Welcome to J-Gabi’s Goodies! By placing an order through our website (hosted via Wix) and completing your purchase through Square, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Maryland Cottage Food Law Compliance

J-Gabi’s Goodies is a registered cottage food business operating under the Maryland Cottage Food Law. All products are made in a home kitchen that is not subject to state inspection. As required by law, we label our products accordingly and do not ship items across state lines. Sales are limited to Maryland residents for personal, non-commercial use only.

2. Ordering & Payment

All orders are processed securely through Square. Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received. We accept most major credit and debit cards.

3. Allergen Notice

Our desserts are made in a kitchen that may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contact.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once a product has been delivered or picked up. If you are unsatisfied with your order due to an error on our part, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

5. Pickup & Delivery

Pickup and local delivery options are available and scheduled at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to retrieve their order at the agreed time and location. Unclaimed orders will not be refunded.

6. Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or modified up to 48 hours before the scheduled fulfillment date. After that point, we cannot accommodate changes.

7. Use of Website

All content on this website—including images, descriptions, and logos—is the property of J-Gabi’s Goodies and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

8. Privacy

Customer information is processed through secure third-party platforms (Wix and Square). We do not sell, share, or misuse your personal information.
